Cancellation Policy

Extravagant Affairs Catering Rentals and Decor Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, so we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair treatment for both our clients and our team. Food Tastings: Cancellation 72+ Hours in Advance: Reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellation 24-72 Hours in Advance: 50% refund or reschedule for a $50 fee. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: No refund. Rescheduling may be possible with a $100 fee. Events & Staff-For-Hire Services: Cancellation 30+ Days in Advance: Full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellation 15-29 Days in Advance: 50% refund of any deposit paid. Cancellation Less Than 15 Days in Advance: No refund of deposit. Rescheduling may be possible with a 25% fee of the total contract amount. Additional Considerations: Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from providing our services, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule, subject to availability and any applicable fees. Notification: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or letter) to our office. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
